Overview
Via different modes of security we observe an overprotective girl, Winnie, and her handicapped brother, Stevie, caught in an internet of intrigue including a bomb plot, inefficient anarchists, ambitious police as well as a corrupt political leader. The duplicity of Winnie's sweetheart, Conrad Verloc -political lobbyist and authorities source-- propels these brother or sisters down a lethal course.
