Overview
In order to acquire his grandfather's ton of money, an incorrigible playboy agrees to teach secondary school for two years in Mr. Wacky, a boring, mainly bothersome funny from rookie supervisor Kim Dong-Wook. To its credit report, the film enhances considerably in its 2nd half, but already, some will likely discover that it's a case of too little, far too late.
